Dynamic Lighting × Real-time Keying

We’re proud to have worked with the Ultimatte team at Blackmagic on Firmware 2.3. Ultimatte developed this update to support the CyberGaffer workflow after joint R&D and testing. The update lets CyberGaffer continuously send live keying color values to Ultimatte while simultaneously controlling the background fixtures.

Historically, changing studio lighting would require manual repicking of the keying color. Now the color is repicked automatically as lighting changes, making a true final composited pixel under dynamic, real-time lighting possible. A true paradigm shift for realtime virtual production!
